Multimillion-Dollar Developments Open In Miami Ahead Of Art Basel

Multiple multimillion-dollar construction developments are finally complete and opening their doors just in time for the international art fest, Art Basel in Miami. The sites have been in the construction phase for years and judging by the photos, it’s not hard to see why. Each site is breathtakingly unique, boasting luxurious amenities and unique architectural designs that are sure to attract both travelers and visitors alike.

Development of the Paramount Miami Worldcenter started in 2016 and is considered to be the largest building project in Miami’s history. The center sits on 27 acres, is 60 stories tall and offers 513 mixed-use units that range between $750,000 to $11 million.

The late, world-renowned architect, Zaha Hadid, designed One Thousand Museum, which began construction in 2015. This 62-story skyscraper has 82 units in which half-floor units are being sold for $5.8 million and full-floor units for $20 million.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Armani/Casa, originally broke ground in 2016 and finally opened to visitors this month. Giorgio Armani provided the artistic direction of the building’s custom furnished 37,000 sq. ft. amenity-filled condo tower. Complete with a movie theater, ocean-view restaurant, and cigar room, designer condos are being sold between $2.9 and $17 million.

Brickell Flatiron is reminiscent of an NYC skyscraper with its triangular design. The condo tower has 64 floors, with 527 units selling anywhere between $790,000 and $8 million.
