Seven years after a six year stint in prison for sexual battery, Mystikal has been charged with sexual assault.
The rapper, whose real name is Michael Lawrence Tyler, is facing rape charges stemming from an incident that took place on October 22, 2016 in a Louisiana casino.
Officials reportedly found evidence at the scene linked to Tyler and 26-year-old Averweone Holman, who was arrested in Texas on Friday. Police have also charged 42-year-old Texas native Tenichia Wafford, as officials say Wafford tried to convince the victim to retract her story.
According to reports, a judge set a $2 million bond for both Tyler and Holman, with each facing one count of first-degree rape. While Wafford’s bond has been set at $200,000, Tyler and Wafford are still at large.
