When it rains, it pours. Newly single and possibly newly unemployed singer/actress, Naya Rivera has been dropped from her label.
Naya, who’s been signed to Columbia Records since 2011 as one of the first Glee cast members to land a major label record deal, released her first single “Sorry” in 2013. You may remember “Sorry” as the song that featured her then boyfriend, Big Sean, and took several “shots” at his ex-girlfriends basically saying “Sorry, he’s mine now.” The song didn’t gain much traction, nor did it place on Billboard’s Top 100 and unfortunately for Naya her engagement to Sean abruptly ended last month to which he wished her the best and ran for the hills.Â
Somewhere Sean’s exes are rolling on the floor laughing their ass off.Â
There aren’t many details available as to why Columbia has decided to end their relationship with Naya but this couldn’t come at a worse time now that there are rumors of Naya being fired from Glee upon it’s fifth season.
The irony that she was rumored to have said she was going to end Big Sean’s career after their break up but it seems like she is the one losing it all.
