NBA All-Star Weekend Kicks off tonight, and it’s set to be a weekend to remember.
The NBA has announced its full lineup of performers throughout the weekend featuring some of music’s biggest acts.
The first performance will kick off Saturday as female mc Queen Latifah takes the stage with Chicago Youth during State Farm Saturday.
From there, Grammy Awards winner Chaka Khan will kick off the main event Sunday evening with the U.S. national anthem, while Tenille Arts will take on the Canadian national anthem.
Jennifer Hudson will give a heartfelt tribute to the late Kobe Bryant, who passed away a little over two weeks ago in a helicopter crash. There were 7 others on board, including Bryant’s daughter Gianna.
Previously announced halftime performer Chance The Rapper will bring out rappers Quavo, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled for his set.
The 2020 NBA All-Star game takes place Sunday evening at 8 p.m. est.
