Nelly’s abandoned fixer-upper Missouri mansion hit the market, and it could be yours for a bargain, but you will need to bring your power tools.
TMZ reports that the rapper initially bought the Wildwood mansion intending to flip it with the help of a contractor friend. Still, instead, it sat vacant for almost two decades. The house features stunning views of the Meramac River and is listed for only $599,000.
The house features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and sits on about 12 acres of land. It has a basketball court and separate game and media rooms. The subflooring is exposed throughout the house, which is perfect if you want to add your own touch to the place.
There is also a pool and fountain, but both are in a state of disrepair and will need work before they can be used.
The derelict mansion was the sight of a 2009 robbery, where several video games and electronics were stolen. Nelly was not home when the theft was committed.
