Although the rape case against Nelly has been dismissed, his accuser is asking the judge for one final judgment in their longstanding legal battle.
Initially, Monique Greene accused Nelly of sexual assault, claiming the rapper raped her without a condom on his tour bus. Although Nelly denied the allegations, officials launched a criminal investigation into the evidence and allegations.
However, feeling discouraged, Greene refused to cooperate with authorities, as she did not believe she would be able to compete against Nelly’s celebrity. In turn, prosecutors dropped the case, prompting Nelly’s legal team to threaten legal action against Greene for false allegations. The threats then forced Greene to fire back with a lawsuit of her own, accusing the rapper of defamation.
Since then, Greene has doubled down on her allegations against Nelly in new documents. This time though, Greene is asking for an injunction against Nelly. Basically, she wants a judge to order the rapper to keep his hands, feet and private parts to himself, TMZ reports.
In the legal documents obtained by the publication, Greene reveales Nelly’s alleged plot to rape women, specifically “beautiful women of color.” She says the rapper’s female friends would recruit girls, bring them backstage and at some point, Nelly will begin masturbating in front of them, “with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.” If the women dared to resist, Nelly would reportedly “sexually accosts and/or assaults” them, Green claims.
Not only does she know from experience, Greene says she knows of two women that have been victims of Nelly’s assault. In one instance, she says Nelly put his hand up the woman’s dress. As for the other woman, Greene says Nelly forced her to perform oral sex on him and called her a c*nt when she tried to escape.
