Just days after reports surfaced of Nelly’s decision to sue his accuser for false accusations of rape, the accuser has fired back with a suit of her own.
Months after the initial accusations of rape, the accuser refused to cooperate with officials as she believed that she couldn’t stand a chance against Nelly’s celebrity status. Although prosecutors still attempted to pursue the charges, it became almost impossible without the victim’s cooperation. As a result, the case was dismissed.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now though, the accuser, who has been identified as Monique Green, is doubling down on her accusations in a lawsuit against Nelly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the suit obtained by TMZ, Green says she was hanging out with the rapper in his section at the Seattle nightclub, where she worked. Although she wasn’t on the clock that night, she hung around to watch the performance and kick it with Nelly and his crew. In the docs, she says the rapper then invited her to an after-party, so she got into an SUV with him.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Green says the SUV took them to a Walmart parking lot, where the tour bus was parked. She got on and walked to the back of the bus, where Nelly’s room was located.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Shortly after, Green said Nelly began to masturbate, just before forcing himself on her. She said Nelly had oral and vaginal sex with her against her will and refused to wear a condom, despite her pleas for him to do so.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Following the alleged assault, Green said she began to scream. She said she told them that she wanted out and off the bus, which prompted a member of the rapper’s team to push her off the bus. That is when Nelly reportedly threw a $100 bill at her and said, “Bye, Bye.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As Green stood in the parking lot, she called an Uber and then the police. Upon arrival, officials interviewed both parties and the rapper was eventually arrested for 2nd-degree rape. She said she then was taken to a local hospital for treatment and a rape kit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, as the legal battle unfolds, Greene is suing for defamation for the rapper’s allegations that she is in it for the “money, fame and notoriety.”
