NeNe Leakes Drops Discrimination Lawsuit Against Bravo, Andy Cohen and Others

Real Housewives of Atlanta OG Nene Leakes has dismissed her lawsuit against Bravo, NBC Universal, Andy Cohen and others, months after claiming the network allowed a toxic work environment filled with racism.

Documents obtained by PEOPLE revealed that the reality star “dismisses this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice.”

“All Parties consent and stipulate to the foregoing dismissal,” the document reads. “No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys’ fees in any submission to this Court.”

Reports also say this is a joint stipulation dismissal without prejudice between all parties, and NeNe could reopen the case in the future if she decides.

In April, Leakes filed a lawsuit alleging that Bravo, NBC Universal, Andy Cohen and others violated federal employment and anti-discrimination laws. She initially claimed that the network and producers helped “foster a corporate and workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated ā€” if not, encouraged.”
The 54-year-old also said former friend and RHOA co-star Ā Kim Zolciak-Biermann made racist remarks toward her for years and was never reprimanded for doing so.
