NeNe Leakes is Ready to End Bravo Feud & Return to Real Housewives of Atlanta

Despite her past beef with Bravo, Nene Leakes says she is ready to make her Real Housewives of Atlanta come back.

The restaurateur and OG Housewife joined “The Real” on Thursday’s episode, where she confessed that she was willing to return to the franchise as long as she and the network could “work through a few things.”

The 53-year-old appeared in the inaugural season of the hit reality show and instantly became the most famous of the Atlanta cast, even in her absence from the series on several occasions.

“I’m happy to return to the show. And besides, I have a lot of unfinished business with a couple of them that they confirmed on the show during Season 13,” Leakes added.

She sounded optimistic as she spoke about executive producer and reunion host Andy Cohen, which is a far cry from her previous outlook on him following her Season 12 exit. Last year, Nene let off a series of tweets, slamming Cohen and Wendy Williams for speaking about her during an episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” She accused Cohen of being a “racist” who used her to boost ratings. Nevertheless, it appears that the incident is now water under the bridge.

“I think Andy and I were really close for a really, really long time,” Leakes said before adding that the two would need to have a conversation before she reclaimed her crown on the show, and “then we’re off to the races.”

Cohen also seems to be ready to put their feud to rest. In the new Housewives tell-all, “Not All Diamonds and Rosé,” he confessed that he was “really sad” about how his long-standing friendship with Leakes deteriorated.

“The dissolution of my friendship with NeNe was absolutely heartbreaking to me,” he shared.

While Season 14 of RHOA is already underway, fans are hopeful that Leakes will make her TV comeback eventually.
