To give you a quick rundown and recap of the games, the United States secured the gold medal in a highly-anticipated final match against France. Backed by high-profile players like Steph Curry, Lebron James, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, and Jayson Tatum, the U.S. road to success was nothing short of amazing. But, let’s be clear, the France team also came in hot with a stunning roster including Victor Wembanyama and defensive powerhouse Rudy Gobert.
Additionally, Serbia’s team, which was led by Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokić, snagged the bronze medal in an intense match against Germany. Meanwhile, Canada’s team featured Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jamal Murray, Dillon Brooks, and RJ Barrett but fell short in the quarterfinals against France.
Nonetheless, Netflix is no stranger to capturing the inside scoop of the Olympic Games. In fact, the ‘Simone Biles Rising’ docuseries highlighted the gymnast’s success as she returned to the Olympics, while ‘Sprint’ and ‘Sprint 2’ shined a light on the world of track & field, featuring stars like Noah Lyles and Gabby Thomas.
