Welcome home Weezy! Lil Wayne was released from jail today and went home to a new boo. Remember Candace “Black” Cabrera from the Flavor Flav show? Well…that is his new boo bear and I hear they are totally into each other. She totally held him down while he was locked up. Candace is not new the dating ballers. Baller Alert did a web chat with her after she was on the show and her boyfriend at the time Vernon Davis was in the background. She has also been linked to Gorilla Zoe. We wish them the best!!!
