A new video has been released showing the person who shot Lady Gaga’s dog walker and stole her two dogs.
Lady Gaga announced she would be giving out a $500,000 reward to anyone who can locate her two French bulldogs after being stolen Wednesday night. According to TMZ, thieves shot her dog walker and then made off with two of her dogs sometime after 10 p.m. At the time, the dog walker was walking three of Gaga’s dogs. The third one ended up escaping the thief and was later recovered. The two dogs still missing are named Koji and Gustav.
Now, surveillance footage has been released showing the incident. The video, captured from a neighbor’s home, shows a white sedan drive up to Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer. Two men hop out of the backseat, and one of them orders Fischer to “give” up the dogs. Fischer tries to fight the men off, and then a gun goes off and hits Fischer in the chest. The dog walker ended up falling onto the sidewalk, and the thieves then loaded up two of the dogs into the backseat.
The neighbor initially hesitated giving police the surveillance footage but then obliged after authorities communicated that they needed the video to potentially catch the crooks. The thieves were driving a Nissan Altima or Sentra, TMZ reports. Right now, Gaga is in Rome, but her team is working on the case. There are no suspects at this time.
