TikTok users are dragging a new mom who showcased her 7-month-old baby’s vegan diet on the platform days ago.
A user by the name, Tasj Rose shares many videos of her sweet baby girl Oak. Many of the clips are responding to people bashing her for starting the infant on a vegan lifestyle early in life. Many commenters bashed Tasj, even threatening to report her to child services.
“She’s well-cared for, happy and healthy. That’s all that matters #VeganBaby,” Tasj captioned a recent video. In another video, Tasj shared a screenshot of an article from The Sun, highlighting the outrage she is receiving.

The stay-at-home mom from Newcastle Upon Tyne in England recently spoke with The Post, where she explained that she chose a vegan lifestyle for her and her daughter because she disagrees with eating animals. She says that Oak receives all of the essential nutrients from daily servings of breast milk, vegetables, beans, seeds and fruits.
“I am able to consent to who drinks or takes my milk from me. Animals are not,” Tasj said in the interview. She believes that people who slam her vegan choices for Oak are “uneducated” and “ill-informed” on the benefits of healthy eating habits. She hopes to enlighten people in hopes that more parents will consider veganism for their children.
In all of her videos, Oak appears healthy and smiling. Yet, TikTok users have maintained that the baby girl is malnourished.
