Today’s New Music Friday has quite a bit to offer. From Sexyy Red to Megan Thee Stallion, there is no shortage of fire to kick off your weekend.
First, we start with Gucci Mane and Sexyy, who swept social media with a new rendition of Gucci’s classic “I Think I Love Her.” In the new mix, “You Don’t Love Me,” the track carries the same beat, with Gucci sticking to his classic flow as Sexyy takes over the chorus.
Another female rap star who had a big release on Friday was Megan Thee Stallion. She unveiled “MEGAN Act II,” the follow-up to her self-titled June release. This latest delivery features 13 new tracks, with appearances from Flo Milli, TWICE, and RM of BTS. She also presented the video for the introduction single, “Bigger In Texas.”
GloRilla also added a bonus track to her “Glorious” album. Bringing along friend and collaborator K. Carbon, they delivered “Never Find,” another fire cut to the highly regarded project. New music from Hunxho, Polo G, and even Wiz Khalifa are perfect backdrops for brunch and day party turn-ups. Additionally, Summer Walker made her return with a new melody from her forthcoming album for those looking for a slower vibe.
