Recently San Francisco 49ers outside linebacker Aldon Smith was involved in a one car accident, arrested for DUI and drugs were found inside of his car. Smith is out on bail and entering a treatment facility either today or tomorrow. The Niners will place Smith on the non-football injury list once he is admitted. Smith has the Niners organization supporting him and helping him get treatment. Smith has admitted that he has a problem and that it will take professional help for him to get better. Smith was not suspended and It is unknown when he will report back to the field.
