Nia Long wants full custody of her 11-year-old son with ex Ime Udoka following his cheating scandal.
According to RadarOnline, celebrity lawyer Samantha Spector is handling the case to “determine a parental relationship” as the former couple was never married.
On Monday, The Blast reported that Long wants visitation for her ex, along with attorney fees.
The former couple’s 13-year-long relationship ended in December. Udoka and Long began dating in 2010, and got engaged in June 2015.
In September 2022, Udoka was suspended by the Celtics for violating team policies. ESPN later confirmed his involvement in an intimate relationship with a female staff member from the franchise.
A representative for Long said the couple were “no longer together but remain fully committed to co-parenting their son.”
