Nick Cannon is officially a father of eight after welcoming a baby boy with model Bre Tiesi on June 28th.
On Monday, Tiesi took to her Instagram to share several images from her natural home birth. The model also documented her journey in a YouTube vlog, which she chose to share several days after welcoming “BabyC.”
“This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can’t thank my team enough for delivering my son safely,” she wrote on IG.
In the mini-doc, the 31-year-old entrepreneur revealed that she made the decision to begin the natural induction process as she neared her 42-week mark. Cannon was scheduled to work on the east coast, and she shared that the couple wanted to give birth before he had to leave.
Tiesi utilized various natural methods to jumpstart labor, including “sexy time” with Cannon, walking, touching a specific pressure point, and eating a specialized salad. A midwife was present, as well as the 41-year-old actor and comedian, who patiently coached Tiesi and supported her through the birth. The couple also shared a first look at BabyC.
Though this is Tiesi’s first child, he has plenty of siblings to grow up with, as Cannon has seven others and possibly three more on the way. During a recent appearance on the “Lip Service” podcast, Cannon confirmed that more children were coming but didn’t put an exact number on it.
Nevertheless, Tiesi is unphased by Cannon’s growing roster of babies and wrote on IG, “Daddy showed the f up for us.”
