Nick Cannon said on Saturday that he supports Kanye West in his bid to become president.
A photographer for TMZ caught up with Nick at LAX, and when asked his opinion of Ye’s presidential run, he answered, “I love it!”
“For Kanye? Yeah,” Nick laughs when asked if he would vote for Kanye. “We need another Black man in office.”
Earlier this week, Kanye filed as an official candidate in Wisconsin by submitting 2,000 signatures from voters, which is required to be on the ballot. Earlier this month, West submitted the necessary signatures to appear on the ballot in Arkansas.
At this point, West cannot win the election, having missed too many deadlines to get on the ballot in too many states, according to CNN. Kanye running could take effectively take crucial votes away from Joe Biden, working in Donald Trump’s favor.
