Nick filed for divorce back in December and has been pretty quiet about the entire thing. Now TMZ has revealed details of the couple’s prenup and the confidentiality clause that is keeping Nick and Mariah silent on their divorce.
The prenup says Mariah is worth $150 million Nick came into the marriage in 2008 with a little less than $500K. During their marriage he’s obviously made much much more, bringing in millions on various projects. As far as the couple’s confidentiality clause, if Nick talks he has to pay a $250,000 penalty. Mariah has to pay $500K if she talks.
Well, I guess we won’t be hearing any tea on those two…at least not from them.
