Whew! It’s been a week. If you haven’t heard by now, earlier this week Nicki Minaj shared a thirdhand account of her cousin’s friend’s swollen testicles being linked to the covid-19 vaccine. And the internet has not let up.
Now, according to the rap star, her family in Trinidad is being harrassed by reporters looking to speak to her cousin regarding #BallGate.
The head Barb in charge took to social media to call out Trini reporter Sharlene Rampersad for sending multiple WhatsApp messages to a family member. Nicki claimed her family is being harassed and also fired off tweets to that same reporter demanding she leaves her family alone.
“You are the one harassing my family???!!?!???! SPEAK UP B4 I BEGIN. I KNOW YOU SEE THIS!!!!!!,” Nicki tweeted in response to the reporter who fired off a thread of tweets about the rapper on Thursday.

Over on Instagram, Nicki took to her Story to continue calling out the Trinidadian reporter. She also called out a UK reporter and shared contact information for both.
In a now-deleted IG story to rapper claimed, “They’re forcing my family to have to hide out. This is what speaking up looks like. Millions of poor people are treated this way by the ppl you think are the “good guys.” This is unconscionable.”
Followed by that, Nicki went back to Twitter to say: “I was done discussing this shit. Why are they contacting my family? Control. I kept my mouth shut when the Trinidadian health officials spoke on my name b/c I don’t want to do this to them. What I know & can say is weighing very heavy on me. #BallGate.”
The tweets have since been deleted.
