Nicki Minaj is refusing to let go of the ongoing tension with Megan Thee Stallion, ignited by Megan’s diss track “Hiss.”

In her latest rant, Minaj insinuated that Megan was seeking sympathy as a victim of violence while alluding to Rihanna in the process.

On Wednesday, she joined Joe Budden on X Spaces, where she suggested that Roc Nation launched a smear campaign against her. She also analyzed a diss track by Megan’s ex, Pardi, and accused Megan of leveraging sympathy and controversy for career advancement.

“It’s so obvious,” said Minaj. “She wanted a Rihanna moment so bad.”

When asked about the “Rihanna moment,” Minaj responded with “You gon google,” likely alluding to Chris Brown’s assault on Rihanna in 2009, marking the start of numerous allegations against him.

Rihanna and Megan have both discussed their traumatic experiences in interviews: Rihanna about the assault months later on ABC, and Megan about being shot by Tory Lanez nearly two years later on CBS Morning.

“Rihanna never would milk…” Minaj began in the Space. “You could tell she couldn’t wait to try to move on with her life. And then people even bashed her for not milking it.”

“Rihanna knows she was a superstar with or without controversy,” the rapper continued. “She’s loved, with or without controversy, sympathy.”

Minaj hinted that Megan Thee Stallion’s success depends on provoking her. In Megan’s latest diss, she references Minaj’s husband’s status as a convicted sex offender.

“These hoes don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law.”

Since last week, Minaj has constantly talked about Megan, engaged with her fanbase, and released a diss track called “Big Foot” solely aimed at Megan.

“I understand that it’s confusing and chaotic and they don’t understand my personality,” Minaj said on the Space. “When people see me tweeting they think I’m tweeting like this,” she said before screeching wildly. “No, I’m actually rolling on the floor laughing most of the time.”
