Nicki Minaj and her cousin’s friend balls have gone viral yet again as the Philadelphia Department of Public Health used the old tweet to take shots at the rapper.
This new and unlikely beef was ignited after Minaj tweeted on Wednesday, “Nothing like watching someone speak confidently about something they know nothing about.” The following day, the agency sought to discredit her statement by quoting the tweet with a screenshot of her highly publicized September 2021 tweet expressing her apprehension about receiving the shot after a family friend experienced swollen testicles as a side effect.

The “Pink Friday” star slammed them for bringing up the heavily debated tweet and even sparked an investigation by Trinidad and Tobago’s Ministry of Health.
“Philadelphia’s public health account is posting Nicki Minaj tweets for engagement,” the 39-year-old wrote. She accused the agency of trying to shame people into receiving the shot before adding that she’d never witnessed a vaccine “trigger this amount of shaming.”
While the Philly health department has not addressed the unprovoked tweet nor Minaj’s response, the Barbz wasted no time dragging the agency.
“Only tweet that passed 20 likes. ‘Say the Queen name you can get some ill press.’ my sister ain’t ever lie,” one Barb tweeted.
