Another year, another Grammy snub for Nicki Minaj.
The 2025 Grammy nominations dropped yesterday, and once again, there was no love for the Queen of Rap. While some artists celebrated, Minaj’s name was mysteriously missing from all the major categories. However, she kept it cute. Instead of popping off, Minaj had some exciting news for the Barbz. Just hours after the nominations went live, Nicki took to Twitter to announce “Pink Friday 2 – The Hiatus,” a deluxe version of her latest album, “Pink Friday 2,” and it’s coming soon.
She wrote, “Pink Friday 2 – The Hiatus. The final deluxe installment. On the 1 year Anniversary of PF2. 12.13.24.”

When this deluxe edition drops precisely one year after “Pink Friday 2,” Minaj is gifting the fans something extra. She knows her fans deserve it, especially since it looks like they won’t be seeing her up on that Grammy stage this year. She submitted her tracks, “FTCU,” “Everybody,” and “RNB,” as well as “Pink Friday 2” for consideration. It is unclear why Minaj was not nominated.
