On Sunday, L.A. native Nipsey Hussle was gunned down in front of his store, The Marathon Clothing, in his own neighborhood. Hussle was one of three shot in the Hyde Park neighborhood of L.A., following an alleged disagreement with another man.
The incident took place in broad daylight and was caught on a nearby surveillance camera, which has since been obtained by TMZ. In the video, a man in a dark colored shirt emerges from the shadows and opens fire on the men, all of whom fall to the ground, as witnesses scatter. The man then turns to flee the scene but instead returns to unload more shots.
He then fires a third time, kicks Nipsey and flees the scene.
While the motive has yet to be confirmed, sources say the incident erupted over a disagreement. According to TMZ, the suspect approached Hussle earlier that day, to which Hussle asked if he’d cooperated with officials, based on word on the streets. But apparently, Hussle’s inquiry left the suspect feeling “disrespected” to the point where he had to return with a gun.
Now, pictures of the alleged suspect have surfaced. However, no arrests have been made, as the identity of the suspect has yet to be confirmed.
