NYC Woman Calls Bakery Employee The ‘N-Word’ For Refusing To Serve Her Without A Mask

A shocking video has surfaced online of a White woman calling a Black bakery employee “bitch ass nigger” for refusing to serve her for not wearing a mask.

According to the post, the incident took place at the Davidovich Bakery at the Essex Market in Manhattan. The woman was identified as Stephanie Denaro in a subsequent post on Shaun King’s Instagram page.

The video picks up with the Denaro telling the employee that she can’t wear a mask for health reasons. You can hear the people in line growing more and more impatient with the situation as she stands firmly in front of the counter. That’s when she hurls the racial slur.

She continues to deride the employee, calling him a “bitch ass n-word” and eventually just a “bitch.”

In a follow-up post on King’s Instagram page, he identifies the woman and says the city “needs to handle this.” Apparently, it’s not the first time the woman has exhibited racist behavior, nor is it the first time she was sent to King.

“What’s wild is that I’ve had at least a half a dozen different Black and Asian people write me over the past month to say that she called them racial slurs as well,” King writes. “I didn’t even know it was the same person until this last incident.”

The woman allegedly walked up to a woman who goes by the handle @thamjan on Instagram and started yelling anti-Asian slurs, unprovoked. On her Instagram, she has photos of her wearing a “Make America Great Again Hat” and videos of her engaged in other anti-mask behavior. She was removed from a city bus as well and accused of spitting on people in a Target.
