Odell Beckham Jr. is speaking out after being named in an amended lawsuit that also includes Sean “Diddy” Combs and comedian Druski.
In an official statement shared Monday, Beckham firmly denied any involvement in the alleged 2018 assault described in the lawsuit.

“I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter,” Beckham wrote. “There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit. I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA, at that time. In fact, I don’t think I have ever even been to Orinda.”
He added, “I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”
Beckham’s statement follows strong denials from both Diddy and Druski, who were also named in the amended $50 million lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham.
Parham’s complaint accuses Diddy of sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. The amended version, filed last Friday, also names Druski (born Drew Desbordes), Beckham, Combs’ mother Janice Combs, blogger Jaguar Wright, and several others as co-defendants.
Diddy’s legal team dismissed the lawsuit as a baseless attempt to gain attention, stating, “This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California, on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there.”
Druski also addressed the accusations over the weekend, calling them completely false.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” Druski wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
He added, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Meanwhile, the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office has already labeled the initial allegations as “unfounded,” stating, “We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations. It was later determined the claims were unfounded.”
