An Ohio man has been arrested after a picture surfaced of him kneeling into the neck of a two-year-old boy, authorities say.
Isaiah Jackson, 20, was taken to jail for probation violation by the Clark County Sheriff’s office after an investigation was launched into the circulating picture, which shows his knee on the back of the white child’s neck and the caption, “BLM now mf.”
According to the New York Post, a second individual is seen holding the child’s hands behind his back.
Deputies were able to locate the place of the incident as well as Jackson, they also spoke with the child’s mother, who was unaware the photo had been taken.

Investigators soon discovered Jackson had a parole authority hold from the state’s Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and arrested him Thursday.
The child was taken to a local hospital but suffered no injuries related to the incident.
“Detectives continue to investigate, and are continuing to compile evidence related to several other persons who were directly involved,” sheriff’s officials said in a statement Thursday.
Sheriff officials will prepare the case to go to the county’s prosecutor’s office to provide a “determination on the scope and breadth” or felony charges that Jackson could face regarding the incident.
