Congratulations to Oklahoma City Thunder forward, Kevin Durant, for being named the 2014 NBA MVP. “Much respect to him and he deserves it. He had a big-time MVP season,” says 4-time MVP, Lebron James.
KD was lead the league in scoring this year, averaging 32pts. He also averaged 7.4 rebounds, and 5.5 assists. Durant is the fourth player in NBA history to average 32-7-5 in a season and is remarkably efficient, making 50.3 percent of his shots, 39.1 percent of his 3-pointers, and 87.3 percent of his free throw attempts.
Kevin Durant is the first player to win both MVP and NBA Scoring title in the same season since Allen Iverson in 2000/2001. Well deserved indeed.
Congrats Mr. Durant!
