One person is dead, and several have been injured following a shooting on a California Greyhound bus.
At around 7:35 p.m. on Wednesday, gunshots rang out aboard a Greyhound bus parked outside a convenience store in Oroville, California. According to Butte County Sheriff’s Office, one person died at the scene, and five people were shot.
The New York Post reports that the gunman took off running from the Greyhound bus into a nearby Walmart before police arrived. CBS 13 reports the mayor said a scuffle broke out in the store by no shots were fired.
The gunman has been identified as Reynolds; he’s since been arrested and jailed. Police described him as “incoherent,” according to the news outlet.
