Oprah Winfrey appeared on “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert Tuesday night to let the world know that we shouldn’t hold our breath if we’re looking for her to take on a role as president in the future.
When asked if she had any interest in running for office, Oprah exclaimed, “Never! No, I do not!”
Oprah seemed to pretty much echo the statements from her interview with Jimmy Kimmel last year in which she said, “It’s not my thing.”
That’s too bad. I wanted Michelle Obama or at least Oprah to run the country some day. So much for wishful thinking!
