Many of our favorite celebrities have embraced fitness journeys, showing off impressive transformations and weight loss online.
Most recently, singer Lizzo surprised fans recently by shedding pounds and documenting her health journey on Instagram.
“I accept my body as it is today & I accept my body will change. I love my body through all its stages because acceptance is a form of self-love,” Lizzo wrote in the caption of a recent video.
Similarly, Adele stunned the world with her dramatic transformation. She revealed she lost around 100 pounds by following a strict regimen that included strength training. Adele shared glimpses of her progress, which inspired many of her fans.
Another entertainer who has made strides in her weight loss journey throughout the years is singer, actress, and talk show host Jennifer Hudson. The “American Idol” finalist joined Weight Watchers in 2009 and lost a stunning 80 pounds, going from a size 16 to a size 6, which she has successfully maintained.
New moms Cardi B and Ashanti have also been active online, showing off their first workouts since giving birth. The rapper has been vocal about how getting active helps her with postpartum.
DJ Khaled has also been vocal about his weight journey. In 2019, he went from 293 pounds to 250. He also credited Weight Watchers with helping him lose the pounds. Then, in 2023, he revealed to US Weekly that golfing allowed him to lose another 25 pounds.
Such transformations have sparked conversations about fitness, self-care, and body positivity, encouraging their followers to pursue their own health goals.
