On March 28, a baby with two heads, three hands and two hearts was born in India. According to medical officials the baby suffers from a condition called dicephalic parapagus, which is extremely rare and usually results in a stillbirth.
Shaheen Khan and her husband Sohail were expecting twins but were surprised to see that the two infants were actually joined together by one torso.
The conjoined twins are not currently with their parents. They were moved to a hospital in the city of Indore for observation and monitoring by doctors.
Doctors have not planned to conduct surgery on the patient as of yet, but they will remain under observation.
This isn’t India’s first case of a baby born with two heads and three arms, in 2019 a 21 year old woman experienced the same birth.
The only difference is the conjoined twins shared all organs.
