PartyNextDoor had the internet buzzing Wednesday night after going on Instagram Live and seemingly coming for Tory Lanez.
“I’m not y’all n*ggas friends,” he started. “Stop saying my name.”

Fans immediately connected the dots and assumed PND was talking about Tory. Then, he doubled down by previewing an unreleased diss track calling out Lanez.
“F#ck what Tory Lanez say… I’m running that,” PARTY sings. “I did everything he did he’s just a running man… drama man… I’m the daddy let me slap you okay.”
PND wasn’t done. He also threw shade over comparisons to Young Thug and flipped it back on Tory for copying Meek Mill’s style.
“You said I sound like Thug,” he added. “You know you sound like Meek… One day, you’ll be me…”
This all started after Tory gave Drake, PND, and The Weeknd their props for dropping fire albums in 2025 and said it was his turn to drop an album from prison. But before things could escalate, PND hit the brakes.
Just hours after teasing the diss, he jumped on his Instagram stories to clear the air—turns out, he never actually watched Tory’s video before reacting.
“I was told about what you said without hearing your video for myself,” he wrote. “You didn’t say anything that I wouldn’t say myself. Now that I seen it, I was wrong. City is stronger together.”
So just like that, the beef got squashed before it even really started. No diss track. No back-and-forth. Just a quick ‘my bad’ and a wrap.
