During an interview on The Howard Stern Show, Pete Davidson threw jabs at SNL alum, Chevy Chase saying, “He’s a f— d—bag. F— Chevy Chase. He’s just a genuinely bad, racist person and I don’t like him. He’s a putz.”
The comments seem to stem from a Washington Post report, detailing Chase’s comments about how he felt about the current state of SNL, claiming the show went “downhill” after its first two years on air.
Davidson also defended SNL creator, Lorne Michaels, “it’s disrespectful to Lorne, too, a guy who gave you a career,” including, “No matter how big you get, you can’t forget what that guy did for you,” according to People.
Donald Glover also referred to Chevy Chase as a racist back in March of this year after making insensitive jokes they were on “Community” together, according to The New Yorker. So, this isn’t Chase’s first time being called out on his bluff.
