It has been over seven weeks since Pete Davidson crashed his car into a Beverly Hills home, and he may soon find out whether he will be charged with a criminal offense.
According to sources in law enforcement, the investigation into Davidson’s March 4th crash, in which his girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders was a passenger, was only recently concluded by the police. The 29-year-old comedian was reportedly driving at high speed when he went over a curb and crashed into the corner of a house.
Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the accident. A 16-year-old girl was alone at home when the car crashed into her living room and claimed she was left feeling somewhat traumatized after the incident, as the loud impact of the crash had initially led her to believe that an earthquake had begun.
Nevertheless, The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is currently examining the case to determine if there are any grounds for criminal charges. While the office typically handles felony cases, it is authorized to handle misdemeanor charges that arise in Beverly Hills.
