Pete Davidson deleted his Instagram account just hours after throwing some shade toward girlfriend Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband, Kanye West.
Earlier Wednesday, Davidson posted a clip from Martin Scorsese’s The King of Comedy. In the clip, Robert De Niro, who plays Rupert Pupkin, says, “Better to be king for a night than schmuck for a lifetime.”
Of course, people immediately speculated the post was aimed toward West amid their ongoing drama.
The Saturday Night Live star had once again deactivated the social media account by Wednesday afternoon.
Davidson reactivated his account last month after being absent from the app for four years.
West started following him done day later and has been insulting him regularly. West has called Davidson a “d*ickhead” and refers to him as “Skete.”
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February of 2021 after seven years of marriage. The two share four children, North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.
Davidson and Kardashian have been dating since last fall.
