It’s been a day for Peter Thomas.
After being found not guilty Wednesday of assaulting a woman at his Baltimore restaurant, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum found himself in more internet drama.
Thomas took to Instagram to respond to a clip from part two of the Real Housewives of Potomac season 7 reunion, which claims he had relations with housewife Wendy Osefo. In a video posted to the ‘gram, the restaurant owner slammed RHOP’s Mia Thornton, who said she had “receipts” that the two hooked up.
“Braov this is kind of ya’lls fault, I taped with ya’ll for five minutes and you turned that five minutes into nine episodes,” said Thomas. “In real life, I don’t mess with none of those women, Gizelle [Bryant]–Robyn [Dixon], cool people. I shot with Wendy one time, five minutes. Didn’t go out to dinner with her. I didn’t have no late night snack with her. She’s a married woman, she’s very respectful, very honorable,” Thomas said.
He continued, “For Mia, for you to be talking about me and Wendy getting together is so disrespectful, it’s so thirsty, it’s for thirsty for you to do that just to collect that check from Bravo. And there’s nothing cool about that. You can’t just use my name like that, because if you use my name like that I’m going to have my lawyer get in touch with you guys, and it’s going to be really ugly because I do not know any of those women, I’ve never seen them outside of my establishment, and y’all just can’t recklessly just throw people’s name out like that because it actually hurt my business. And that’s irresponsible. Please cease and desist.”
Mia’s husband, Gordon, later responded to Peter in a video posted to Mia’s Instagram account, seemingly taking issue with him denying that he knows his wife.
“It’s interesting to me that who I thought was my friend Peter Thomas, can say things like ‘he doesn’t know us like that,’” he said.
He continued saying Thomas has been at their home “playing card games,” eating their food as well as socializing with other family friends.
“I guess he didn’t know us like that all the times we spent at his restaurant supporting his business and certainly I guess he didn’t know us like that when he need $60,000 to pay his bills at Bar One,” Gordon continued.
Peter caught wind of Gordon’s response and clapped back in a since-deleted Instagram post, saying he’s done business with G’s brother and was not referring to him in his previous post when he said he “didn’t mess with” the women like that outside of filming.
