Two weeks ago we posted that Draya’s ex-boyfriend, David Miranda, was worried about a sex tape they filmed in 2011 being leaked. According to the reports by TMZ, he was attempting to sue Draya for being negligent since only he and she had the tapes.
Let’s rewind. Back in 2011 Draya took to Twitter to anounce that someone (she didn’t name names) was threatening to leak a sex tape. She asked for fans to pray for her and her family. You can read all of that by CLICKING HERE. The sex tape talk died down, that is up until a few weeks ago when TMZ reported David Miranda (who dated Draya from Jan 2011 to Sept 2013) was suing Draya. Read that by CLICKING HERE. Soon after the post, Draya told Baller Alert that there is no tape and this is all a plan by Miranda to get money.
Fast forward to today. Photos from the alleged tape have surfaced. The photos are allegedly of “Draya” and “David” with the Basketball Wives star getting up close and personal with the D. Now, I can’t tell for sure if this is Draya or not but I thought I would share and get you guys’ thoughts on it. Check out the pics below. Dray or Nay?
