Van Leeuwen is releasing a pizza-flavored ice cream fit for those pesky PMS and pregnancy cravings.
The frozen pizza dairy treat consists of cream cheese and mozzarella base with tomato jam swirls and basil crust cookies. Van Leeuwen announced the quirky flavor on Twitter Tuesday with a first look at the pint-size snack.
“You’ve had pizza. You’ve had ice cream. It’s only natural to have some Pizza ice cream,” the brand wrote.

This latest flavor is not the only eyebrow-raising offering from Van Leeuwen. Last July, they debuted the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese ice cream. The pizza flavor is a part of their latest lineup of limited edition offerings, including Royal Wedding Cake, Planet Earth, Hot Honey, Wild Blueberry Shortcake, and Bourbon Cherries Jubilee sold exclusively at Walmart.
Van Leeuwen’s pizza ice cream will be available in Walmart beginning on March 14th for ten weeks.
