On March 11, a woman claims she was viciously attacked by Ezekiel Elliott’s dogs while cleaning his pool.
The unidentified woman claims the player’s three dogs; a Rottweiler and two bulldogs “ambushed” her. She alleges the Rottweiler bit her arm and dragged her before the other two dogs attacked her legs. Two weeks later, she needed surgery to fix the damage to her forearm and claims she is scarred for life.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman says she is having problems with her arm and suffering from mental and physical pain. She is asking for over $200,000 but less than $1 million.
However, this isn’t the first time a pool cleaner from the same company accused the dog of an attack, apparently someone else was attacked around December of 2019, and claimed the Rottweiler bit them as well. And according to a spokesperson for the Frisco Police Department, animal services was called to the Dallas Cowboys baller’s home on March 11, but no criminal charges were filed.
Elliott’s attorney Frank Salzano has since released a statement, defending his client’s innocence.” Ezekiel was in no way negligent in connection with the alleged incident and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.”
Elliott adamantly denies wrongdoing and stands by his dogs, according to TMZ. He created an Instagram page for the three animals and even has his Rottweiler, Ace tatted on his arm.
