Popeyes is speaking up and condemning hateful language and offering support to their employees after a racist customer went viral for hurling slurs at workers at a Florida location.
According to TMZ, a rep for Popeyes confirmed they were disgusted over the video, adding the company has zero tolerance for this kind of hateful aggression at its restaurants.
The rep also said they are working with the owner to offer support and provide assistance to make sure the employees at that location feel safe.
Popeyes plans to review ways to better respond to harmful customer interactions.
