Precious Harris, sister to King of the South, T.I., has passed, according to a post shared by her daughter, Kamaya. She was 66.
“From my best friend on earth to my beautiful angel in heaven,” she wrote in an emotional message. “Mama girl you know ima miss you…I love you so much. I’m so heartbroken but by the way you looked so @ peace this past week has confirmed that you are resting…no more asthma attacks…damn but baby I am going to miss you.”
Over the weekend, T.I. and Tiny halted production of their VH1 series, “Friends & Family Hustle,” after news surfaced of a serious car accident involving the rapper’s sister. Though the cause of the crash remained unclear, reports said Precious hit a pole, which, in turn, triggered an asthma attack that left her hospitalized on life support.
Following the incident, many family members and famous friends sent positive vibes and prayers for Precious’ recovery, with Monica, who is a series regular on the family’s new show, dedicating her hit, “For You I Will” to her at her most recent show. Now, as news surfaces of her untimely passing, others are offering their sincerest condolences to the Harris family.
Rest in peace, Precious, and we send our condolences to T.I., Tiny, Kamaya, and the entire family.
