In a press conference on Tuesday, attorney Tony Buzbee revealed that he’s representing more than 120 individuals who are accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault spanning over two decades. The allegations include claims of violent sexual assault, rape, drug-facilitated abuse, and sexual misconduct involving minors. Buzbee, known for handling high-profile cases, stated that his team has collected extensive evidence, including photos, videos, and text messages, to support these claims.
“We will expose the enablers who allowed this to happen behind closed doors,” Buzbee said, hinting that other powerful figures may be implicated as the lawsuits are filed in the coming weeks. “These names will shock you.”
According to Buzbee, 62% of the accusers are African American, with the alleged incidents occurring in over 25 states. Many of these claims date back as far as 1991, with 25 of the accusers being minors at the time. Buzbee stressed that the evidence will leave no doubt about the severity of the accusations.
Diddy’s legal team has responded as this new wave of lawsuits looms. One of his attorneys, Erica Wolff, issued a statement through TMZ strongly denying the allegations.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Wolff said. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
Wolff clarified that Diddy is prepared to defend himself in court, where she believes the truth will be proven based on evidence, not speculation. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court,” Wolff added.
Diddy, currently facing a separate criminal case, remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and related offenses last month. Despite mounting legal battles, including a recent lawsuit filed by former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard, Diddy continues to deny all accusations, calling them “sickening” and part of an effort to cash in on his downfall.
