Tory Lanez could be in serious legal trouble for his surprise appearance at last month’s Rolling Loud Festival.
According to TMZ, prosecutors are reportedly going after him, claiming he violated a court order to stay away from Megan Thee Stallion, who also performed at the show.
Inside sources told the news outlet that prosecutors had filed a motion to hold Lanez in contempt for the stunt, claiming it violated the restraining order issued in his ongoing criminal case.
Lanez is still fighting the felony assault charge for the alleged shooting of the “Hot Girl” rapper. Prosecutors believe his surprise guest appearance during DaBaby’s set at Rolling Loud violated the judge’s restraining order because he got within 100 yards of her.
