Prosecutors Want Bill Cosby Locked Up Immediately After Sentencing

Back in April, Bill Cosby was found guilty in his sexual assault case and released on  a $1 million bail. The judge ordered him to remain at his home until sentencing.

With sentencing a couple of days away, prosecutors want the legendary comedian/actor thrown behind bars immediately after.

However, according to TMZ, Cosby’s legal team plans on asking the judge to let the 81-year-old remain free on bail while they appeal the conviction, which could possibly take years.

Bill Cosby could face a maximum of 30 years in prison for aggravated indecent assault.
