Quavo May Avoid Charges in Post-Grammy Jewelry Beatdown After Settling Beef With Jeweler

Migos’ Quavo may have dodged a major bullet in the alleged post-Grammy beat down of Eric the Jeweler.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say the case is at a standstill because Eric, the alleged victim, has ceased cooperation.

However, just last month, Eric told police Quavo put the paws on him in an altercation at an NYC club. Eric said he approached Quavo about Offset’s jewelry debt and that’s when things went left. But, once the dust settled on the incident, both parties buried the hatchet, and Quavo reportedly paid off any debt the jeweler was owed.

Now, it appears Eric is done with the situation, as he has stopped cooperating with officials in the case, which in turn will make it almost impossible to charge the rapper.

“It was all just a big misunderstanding. We are on good terms and back to conducting business as usual!,” Eric said of Quavo last week.
