A jury has ordered Migos rapper Quavo to pay nearly $700,000 to a former valet worker at the Encore Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas after a 2018 altercation.
Antonio Henry, the employee involved, claimed Quavo slapped him during the incident, causing both physical and emotional harm. The jury sided with Henry, awarding him $682,000 in compensatory and punitive damages after a multiweek trial.
Quavo’s attorney dismissed the claims, suggesting Henry was chasing what he called a “hip-hop lotto ticket” rather than seeking justice.
Though Las Vegas Metro police issued Quavo a citation at the time, the case never made it into court records.
