Quavo shares that he’s eyeing the role of Wesley Snipes in the upcoming ‘White Men Can’t Jump’ reboot.
TMZ recently caught up with the Migos rapper when he expressed his interest in the role. When asked about Jack Harlow starring in the film, Quavo took the opportunity to put himself on the radar.
“I think they need to call me, so me and Jack Harlow can do it,” Quavo said. “I need to play Wesley Snipes’ role.”
The original movie was released in 1992. The film follows a story about Billy Hoyle (Woody Harrelson) and Sidney Deane (Wesley Snipes). In the film, the two ditched their on-court rivalry to team up and hustle men through basketball games.
However, Quavo might be thinking about the role, seeing as though he has a liking for playing the game. Quavo has routinely hit the court with many big-name celebs. He has also gained recognition in the NBA’s annual All-Star Celebrity Game. In 2018, Quavo earned MVP honors after putting up 19 points during the game.
