Queen Elizabeth II is back to hosting virtual audiences this week after testing positive for Covid-19.
Her age, COVID-19 diagnosis, and a previous health scare last year sparked concern among officials and the public. Upon learning that the Queen tested positive for the virus on Feb.20, all sides of British politics sent get-well wishes.
According to palace announcements, the queen spent a night in the hospital in October for undisclosed “preliminary investigations” and “regretfully” canceled two other highly anticipated in-person visits on doctors’ orders.
