Quincy Jones Hospitalized (VIDEO)

Legendary music producer and exec, Quincy Jones, was hospitalized on Thursday after experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath.

An ambulance was called to the 82 year old’s Bel-Air home around 1:20pm on Thursday and he was taken to the hospital. “He had some shortness of breath and in an abundance of caution he went in for observation. He is fine though,” his reps tell People Magazine.  

Quincy Jones recently did an interview with Kendrick Lamar (Hypetrak Magazine) and Dr. Dre’s Beats 1 radio show where he dropped tons of knowledge about the music business, working with Michael Jackson and coming up as a young kid in Chicago. He also talked about the differences in making music in the 80’s and making music today.
